We’re a worldwide team working remotely from over 20 countries, operating from Dubai, seeking a Program Manager to own a product vertical.

Role Overview

This is a fullstack role, combining product, project and engineering management roles. As Program Manager, you will own the discovery, definition, and delivery of a product vertical within the ecosystem. You’ll drive the roadmap, translate complex financial and crypto flows into clear user journeys, and ensure execution quality across design, engineering, ops, and compliance — from concept to production and iteration.

• Location: Dubai-based or remote in EU timezone. Covered business trips every 2-3 months are possible.

• Close collaboration with tech leads, business stakeholders, and a delivery manager in a star team.

• Culture: Zero tolerance for conflicts, focus on business and results.

Team Structure

• The team for the role currently includes 5 backend engineers, a CTO with a close collaboration with a Delivery Manager with plans to expand gradually. Besides, there is Front-End Team, QA support and a small mobile team.

• Collaboration happens across time zones (mostly EU and Dubai), so flexibility and responsiveness are key.

Recruitment process

• Intro call with recruiter (30 minutes)

• Non-technical interview with a Delivery Manager to discuss general role questions and the product (30 minutes)

• Technical Interview (1 hour)

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Own product outcomes for a defined vertical (KPIs, roadmap, prioritization, release planning).

• Partner with CPO/PO and Delivery Manager to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence.

• Lead discovery: user problems, business constraints, risk/impact tradeoffs, and solution options.

Requirements & Process Design

• Map and document end-to-end user and money flows

• Translate regulatory / operational constraints into product requirements and UX rules

• Produce clear artefacts for design & engineering: PRD/BRD-style docs, Acceptance Criteria, edge cases, and “as-is / to-be” process diagrams (PlantUML)

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering (backend, web, mobile), design, ops, and compliance to unblock delivery

• Maintain a tight feedback loop: validate builds, coordinate QA expectations, and ensure high-quality releases

• Align stakeholders on decisions, communicate changes fast, and keep the team focused on business results
  

Additional Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management (fintech / banking / payments / crypto preferred)

• Strong understanding of payment products and flows (cards, accounts, PSP/BaaS/CaaS, KYC/KYT concepts)

• Proven ability to turn complex flows into clear UX and precise requirements artefacts

• Fluent English (written/spoken)
