About the role

Our client is at the core of fintech innovation, building a decentralized financial ecosystem that merges traditional banking with blockchain and AI. Their mission is to make wealth accessible to all through products like hybrid card-crypto wallets, used by 70,000+ paying clients across 40+ countries. It’s a worldwide team working remotely from over 20 countries, operating from Dubai.

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to put data at the center of how the company decides, builds, and grows. This is a foundational, high-ownership role: you’ll build the analytics backbone of a fast-scaling fintech, not maintain an existing one. You’ll own the design and rollout of the data-driven decision-making framework end to end — define what gets measured and why, instrument the products, and build the dashboards, models, and narratives leadership relies on.

What you’ll do

Decision-Making Framework & Strategy
• Design and implement the data-driven decision-making framework end to end, from metric definitions to executive reporting
• Define the core KPI tree and product metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, unit economics) and align them to business outcomes
• Partner with the CPO and CEO to frame the questions that matter, then deliver the analysis that answers them

Data Capture & Tooling
• Audit current data gaps and put tools in place to capture all relevant data across web, mobile, backend, and on-chain flows
• Own the analytics stack: event tracking and instrumentation (e.g. Mixpanel), data pipelines, warehousing, and BI/dashboarding tooling
• Define tracking plans and event taxonomies; work with engineering to instrument products correctly and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance

Insight, Reporting & Executive Communication
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards giving the CPO and CEO a live, trusted view of the business
• Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and recommendations
• Run deep-dive analyses on product performance, funnels, cohorts, and experiments

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Compliance to embed measurement into how the team plans and ships
• Establish a culture of evidence: help teams define success metrics, set up experiments, and read results honestly
• Align stakeholders on a single source of truth and communicate insights fast

Requirements

• 5+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or BI (fintech / banking / payments / crypto preferred)
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with analytics and instrumentation tooling (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar) and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar)
• Proven ability to stand up tracking and reporting from scratch — defining events, building pipelines, and creating dashboards leadership actually uses
• Solid grasp of product and financial metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, and experimentation; comfort with statistics applied to real decisions
• Ability to turn complex data into precise, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
• Fluent English (written/spoken)

Nice to have: familiarity with crypto/on-chain data, payment flows (cards, accounts, PSP/BaaS)
