Job description

What do you need to join us:

— 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles;
— Experience working with Tier-1markets;
— Deep experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) with large budgets;
— Analytical thinking and ability to work with key metrics: ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention;
— Understanding of the full-funnel approach: from creative to conversion in subscription/payment;
— Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution;
— Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments;
— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

What will you do:

— Lead and scale our talented marketing team: build structure, processes, and cross-team synergy between marketing and product units;

— Full responsibility for the marketing zone - Performance, Creatives, Funnel Optimization;

— Scaling marketing budgets with simultaneous ROAS growth and CAC reduction;

— Launching new channels and developing alternative user acquisition strategies (influencers, organic, etc.);

— Establish and track key marketing metrics, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations;

— Building testing processes: systematic approach to hypotheses, A/B testing in purchases, onboarding, and creative concepts;

— Establishing effective collaboration between teams - UA, Creatives, Product, Analytics;

— Improving existing processes in the marketing zone and building new solutions for business growth;

— Partner with the CEO and senior management team to shape company strategy and business decisions.

Working schedule
